Prior to working directly with clients, Alena held senior leadership roles at some of the industry’s most respected institutions. Most recently, she served as Director of Real Estate Investments at Gordon Brothers, where she led sourcing, transactions, and asset management initiatives. Her earlier roles at Sun Life and BentallGreanOak included serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management, overseeing a $1.1 billion diversified commercial real estate portfolio. These experiences provide her clients with a rare institutional-level perspective on value, risk, and long-term strategy.
